At your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed health report of your body composition (including body & visceral fat, muscle mass, metabolic age, and BMR (the number of calories your body burns at rest)) which guides the Doctor to recommend a meal plan that is calorie controlled based on your composition to accelerate your weight loss success and improve your overall health.

2. Order your meals

From the very first week you will begin to live, eat and experience appropriate portion-controlled and nutritionally-complete food on a daily basis for 5 days. For days without the Doc’s meals, access the simplest, delicious daily recipes to change habits & ensure your goals are as simple as can be.
